Home Watch $30 per Visit

Whether you’re away for a weekend or an extended vacation, enjoy peace of mind knowing your home is being cared for by someone you trust. Our Home Watch visits help ensure your property remains safe, secure, and well-maintained while you’re away.

During each visit, we can:

• Check doors, windows, and overall home security

• Bring in mail and packages

• Water indoor and outdoor plants

• Inspect for leaks, water damage, or other concerns

• Check that the A/C, heating, and electrical systems are operating properly

• Flush toilets and run faucets when requested

• Take trash and recycling bins to and from the curb

• Rotate lights and blinds to give your home a lived-in appearance

• Check for storm damage or unexpected issues

• Provide photo updates and a visit summary after each check

• Complete any other reasonable tasks you’ve requested
